Information for data subjects

Data Privacy Information

Personal data is information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person, which also includes browsing and messaging behaviours of a natural person online. Information that cannot be linked to the identity of a natural person (anonymous data) - not even via a specific identification number (e.g. IP address) - is not considered personal data (e.g. most visited web pages, number of users of a site). Personal data is processed by the GSA in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG).

The GSA processes the personal data provided by the contracting party or potential contracting party exclusively within the scope of the statutory provisions for the purpose of (i) exercising its company object and all associated business activities or necessary administrative activities, (ii) submitting offers, drafting contracts and executing contracts and/or (iii) contacting and further communicating with the contracting party.  The data will not be passed on to third parties (with the exception of processors).
